I was 1st year high school when I first tried Vietnamese food in Palawan. They have a small Vietnamese village there and It was my Dad’s Idea to try their food. Now after so many years I get to try Vietnamese cuisine again. There were so many food to choose from noodle soup to salads and etc. I ordered Fresh spring roll and Beef stew with bread while Popo tried the string beans with ground pork and shrimps and extra rice 🙂
Guo Cuon (Php 129.00)
Fresh Spring roll in Rice paper, assorted vegetables, pork shrimp
Dau Dau Xao Tom, Tep (Php 240.00)
String beans with ground pork and shrimps
Banh Thit Bo Kho (Php 240.00)
Beef stew with bread
My favorite Sriracha Chili Sauce. It’s made from sun ripened chilies. If you want additional kick to your burgers, soup, pizza, chicken and even use this for cooking sauce. hmmm yummy HOT! I have this at home the big one.
We had a great dinning experience here at Pho Hoa. Definitely Popo and I will try their noodles next time.
